This segment aired live on Wed. Aug. 9, 2017. Incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta of the Jubilee Party is said to be 10 percentage points ahead of his rival former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, who is the candidate for the National Super Alliance (NASA) coalition.

Azikiwe notes that this is not the first time that Odinga has claimed that Kenyan elections were rigged.

The ruling Jubilee Party asked all political parties to remain calm until official results are announced by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IBEC) on Fri. Aug. 11.
